The 2020 IIBA Global Business Analysis Salary Survey Report provides an important look into how business analysis professionals are adapting and supporting the global economy's rapid transformation. Many professionals are upskilling during COVID: from April to June 2020, IIBA saw a significant increase in certifications with nearly a 70% increase in both CCBA and CBAP exams compared to this period last year.
